Here’s the secret:
You can’t think your way out of the problem.
Your left brain, which is so skillful at helping you execute things you’re excited about, is not at all helpful when you want to do something that feels hard or scary.
So I’ll help you call on the imaginative energy of your right brain to tap into a powerful new vision for your life—a vision you can believe in.
Once you’re feeling inspired and energized, your left brain can power up to do what it does best—help you get things done. We’ll also tackle the nay-saying inner (and outer) voices that can hold you back.
It takes two.
A guiding principle is that we’ll work together as equals—I won’t give you advice or tell you what to do, but I will help you use untapped resources to achieve your goals.
We’ll begin with a one-time discovery session so that I can learn more about you. I’ll help you surface your dreams and clarify your goals, and we’ll co-create a coaching relationship to fit your unique needs.
In the very next session, we’ll start tackling the change or changes you want to make. We’ll use powerful right-brain techniques to open up possibilities you haven’t imagined—and enlist your left brain as an ally at the perfect time so you can get exactly where you want to go.
It is absolutely amazing to see what you can achieve when you learn to trust yourself and when you realize that you don’t have to do it alone! That’s the magic of coaching.
Working together
I’ve found that the best way to get powerful, durable results is to meet two to four times a month, for six months.
A six-month commitment provides enough time for you to move through a full arc of transformation and change. As you internalize the learnings from our work together, you’ll be able to apply these principles on your own to every area of your life.

About me
I have extensive management and business experience, both as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies and as a small business owner. That’s mostly where my left brain plays.
I’m also creative (hello, right brain!), which has inspired me to follow my passions. I’m a playwright and creative writer. I’ve worked as a television and video producer/director. I’ve been through a chef’s training program and worked as a pastry chef. I’ve studied jazz singing, and I’ve lived in France as well as various cities in the United States.
My interest in helping people achieve their own dreams led me to become certified as a coach through the ICF-certified Co-Active Training Institute. My coaching also incorporates perspectives from related modalities.
